"La Parrillada Restaurant" is the result of Jose Cruz and family effort to bring together a few of the best traditions from around South America in a Peruvian style and putting them together in a licensed Restaurant.

“La Parrillada” is the Spanish word for “Mixed Grill” and is a South American version of the Aussie BBQ with a Peruvian touch: it specializes in the finest meats and chickens.

What makes “La Parrillada” unique is

• We only use Fresh top quality meat.
• We always cook to order (we never use pre-cooked meat).
• We cook on 100% natural charcoal to preserve the natural flavors and juices of the meat.
• We serve “La Parrillada” direct to your table on its own mini charcoal BBQ.

The Cruz family to make this Restaurant a success, we had to overcome many hurdles and obstacles but we have always had the faith and the vision of a better tomorrow.
